Open a support ticket, or call (208) 639-3140 as soon as possible. If we have not shipped your package yet, we may be able to make your requested changes at no cost to you (modifying a shipping address, for example).
If your package has already been shipped and we have to make modifications through our FedEx carrier, you may be charged handling fees.
